Meet Mr. Landon!  We were back together for the final session in his year plan +1!  Mom & Dad wanted to switch things up and do his final session at home, where I could capture him in his 'natural habitat' :)  And I am SO glad we did, because it was a nice change of pace to get him out of the studio.  We started at home, with a few inside and in the backyard, then took a walk around the block to their neighborhood park, then back home for a SUPER fun cake smash and washtub bath.  One of my favorite sessions to-date!!

Kennewick Boutique Studio Portrait Photographer :: 1st Birthday : Baby Plan Graduate!

Mr. Noah was back in the studio for his final-FINAL session of his baby plan, and coming in every month for his monthly mini-photo shoot :)  He wasn't in the best of best moods, but we worked with him and let him run the show a bit, because the very next day his Momma and him were flying across country to their new home, so no chance for retakes!  I'll miss that little man!  

And I wish they would fly me out in June when their next little one arrives ;)

I LOVE my twin newborn sessions, but I was pretty darn excited to photographer a twin CAKE SMASH!! Especially since the Mom (who is a teacher) said she had used some craft paper for waves and it was a swim/beach styled cake smash!! :)

{{ Kennewick, WA First Birthday }} A baby-planner graduates!

Finally getting to blog Mr. Landon's session, only almost three months later :)  I am a part of an *awesome* group of photographers and we are doing a BLOG BOOT CAMP!  Get'r done!

So this is Mr. Landon, he has finally graduated from an extended first year plan.  His parents signed him up for the year plan, but wanted him to come in every three months, so we tacked on an additional regular session for his birthday session, the first time I got to visit him at home!  I had a blast following the little walking man around, trying to capture him in his 'natural habitat' :)

One of my favorite things for birthday sessions?  CAKE SMASH!!  I think Landon liked his cake :)

{{ Kennewick, WA Boutique Photographer }} 1st Birthday BOOM!

This year I've had quite a few first birthdays, and I was able to photograph all of them except one as a newborn as well!  I love seeing my clients grow and grow.  Since I'm so behind on blogging, I'm throwing all the beautiful birthday babies in to one blog post.

First up: Mr Wyatt.  I was lucky enough to photograph his actual 'birth'day last year too!

Miss Ashleigh.  I did get to do her newborn photos as well.

Next up: Miss Samantha!  I got to photograph her a total of 5 times throughout her first year, starting with her newborn session!

Sweet Charlotte also turned one earlier this year!  I heard her and Miss Samantha were daycare buddies :)

And now we have Miss Jayla!  She is the one who I did not get to photograph as a newborn, but word on the street is that she is going to be bringing in her soon-to-be-born little Sister later this summer :)

Last but not least we have Miss Emma!  I got to photograph her whole first year, and word on the street is that she'll also be welcoming a baby in to the family in a short time, a baby brother!

Well, there's all the finished first birthdays I've photographed so far this year!  It's been a super fun year!!
